Bible Study meets on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. in Our Lady of Knock Hall. Everyone is welcome to attend.
The Bible Study group meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Youth Center (behind the Parish Hall). This group has been together since 1996, but all are welcome to attend.
When you build a house, you begin with a solid foundation, and likewise, to understand how God’s Plan of Salvation unfolds, from Creation till the return of Christ at the end of time, Bible scholar Jeff Cavins designed a Timeline that we use for reference all the time. I advise all who read this to find ASCENSION PRESS on the internet and buy the book “UNLOCKING THE MYSTERY OF THE BIBLE”. If you buy the book, you can watch the video (8 thirty minute sessions) on line at your convenience. You will become familiar with 12 color-coded time periods, plus review key people and events of each period, using The Bible Timeline Chart as guide.
They study various books of the bible in depth in sessions that take 6 to 12 weeks each. Check the bulletin for the latest studies. Refreshments are served. Bring a bible and a friend.
